- Beauty & the Beast 3D. Due for release January 13th. I am a huge, huge Disney fan and don’t need any reason other than that to look forward to seeing this gorgeous classic in an cash-cow 3D revamp. Ignore the slight overtones of bestiality, this is a film that’s safe for the kiddies.
- Coriolanus. Due for release January 20th. Directed and starring Ralph Fiennes, also starring Gerard Butler & Brian Cox. Plot Summary: a banished hero of Rome allies with a sworn enemy to take his revenge on the city. This is an adaption of a William Shakespeare play of the same name.

Man on a Ledge. Due for release January 27th. Directed by Asger Leth, starring Sam Worthington, Elizabeth Banks, Jamie Bell, Ed Harris, Edward Burns, Kyra Sedgwick, Anthony Mackie, William Sadler, Genesis Rodriguez, Jonah Falcon & Joe Urban. Plot Summary: police are distracted trying to talk down a man threatening to jump from a ledge on a highrise building, while elsewhere the biggest diamond heist ever committed is in motion. I like the look of this because I enjoy action films where you sometimes can/sometimes can’t tell who the good and bad guys are going to be, and love that delightful tenseness when waiting to see how things work themselves out.
